Secret Keeper!

Last weekend, MV and I went on a Mom and Daughter date to the Secret Keeper Girls Conference. Almost all the girls in her class from school attended with their moms to hear a fun talk on how to hear and believe what God thinks about you. They also learned about modesty and keeping their body a secret with the way they dress. Some of the issues discussed were not issues that we have dealt with yet, but it was still a fun time of fellowship with friends and I loved how the conference encouraged the moms and daughters to talk with each other about the lies they believed about themselves. The theme for the night was a slumber party, so all the girls and moms in our group wore their PJs to the event! Afterward, we enjoyed a late night snack at Sweet CeCe's!!! Yum!
