Saturday was very, very, busy. My mom and dad ran in the Jingle Bell run, we also went to Grace Chapel for a shopping thing. The Christmas Parade in Leipers Fork was the most fun event.
At the parade they threw a lot of candy. There were marchers, wagons, cars, and lots of animals.
My favorite part was the dogs because they were very cute. Some were thin, and some were small. We also saw the Fishes. Caleb and Anna Blair were in the parade. I had a lot of fun! - MV
P.S. - A Note About the Confederate Flag
It literally makes me sick to think of what a few Southern "rednecks" have taken the Confederate Flag to mean. Some of us still have pride in the "Old South", not for her position on slavery, but because we respect and admire the men who fought for our state's rights and fought against large powers in the federal government. We love to visit Civil War Battle fields where we can learn about these soldiers, who so passionately loved their land, that they were willing to die for it.

Yes, we know we are still fighting the war in the here South, but it encourages great History lessons!

Where else would you see grandpa riding a lawnmower and poppin' wheelies for a Christmas parade?

My 2 "Big Boys" (a whole week of no accidents for E! I hope we are FINALLY potty-trained!)

My girls with 2 of the Fishes

Waiting for the parade to start
